After an early start and late finish, I just wanted a taxi! Acars arrived promptly and I was met by a kind smile and choice of calming music - Smooth FM, but felt I could ask for something a bit louder if I wanted too. I felt safe in all regards, I was asked about my day and despite my tired state, I found myself so relaxed I became chatty and had a pleasant conversation, it wasn't forced or obligated. Timed well, silences wasn't awkward and gave time to reflect. I believe that those long journeys to and from the airport would ideal! Thank you. ~ Thomas S

To anyone considering using Acars, you won’t regret it! Me and my partner used Acars service to attend a gig in another city in November. (Sorry this review is late!) Service was truly 10/10, Adeel was very thoughtful, efficient and helpful. Made our entire journey to and from our home so effortless- which was such a relief! I used Acars to take us to Manchester Airport and back. To be honest I found them by chance through google. I was a bit worried because you obviously don’t want to miss your flight but they turned out to be absolutely brilliant!!! Communications were very organised and smooth. On the day the driver came in good time. Adeel (the driver) was so helpful and very easy to chat to. On our return everything worked really well too. I can’t recommend Acars too much and I will definitely be using them again. ~ Colin R

We found our taxi with Acars on their website.They were really helpful and very polite and informative regarding taxi sizes for luggage etc.On arrival at the airport we were kept informed of the drivers whereabouts via texts and regular phone calls. The driver was prompt and helped with our luggage to the taxi.All the way home we were relaxed and the driver was professional and kept us informed of traffic etc.Would definitely recommend Acars and will be using them again soon. ~ julie m
